Born and raised in Central Kentucky, Dr. Hofmeister has made Louisville her home since graduation in 1992. She and Dr. Allen have owned Animal Medical Center since 1994; serving the pets and families of Middletown for over 25 years.

Dr. Lionell Smith was born in Iowa but raised in a small town near Versailles, Kentucky. She worked as a relief Vet for Animal Medical Center before joining our team full time in January 2016.

After completing her degree in 2003, Dr. Sarah Keith moved to Atlanta and practiced small animal medicine for 15 years. She decided to return home in 2018 to be closer to her family.
