Kaitlyn Flickner

Kaitlyn has spent the past 14 years in the veterinary field, where she grew from receptionist to Hospital Manager while gaining extensive hands-on experience in patient care, team leadership, and hospital operations. She also spent three years working in emergency medicine, further strengthening her clinical skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

She graduated from the University of Louisville with a degree in English before unexpectedly falling into the veterinary field, where she discovered a lasting passion for animal care and veterinary medicine. She joined AMC in October and enjoys being part of such a supportive and collaborative team.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, visiting different zoos/aquariums, reading, and watching movies. She is also a proud pet parent to her English Mastiff, Parmesan.
