Meet Our Staff!!
Holly- Office Manager
Holly has a strong interest in the management/ administrative side of veterinary medicine, having worked 11 years at another facility as the hospital administrator. She is the proud parent of two 2-year-old Lhasa Apso brothers named Parker Grey and Payton McAllister (after the Chicago Bears player Walter Payton). She is a huge NFL football fan (Chicago Bears!) and started a therapy dog assistance program in Indiana, in honor of her father.
Pam- Receptionist
Pam has been at AMC for 15 years. She and her husband of 35 years, Fred, had one son, Freddy, who was taken from this world far too early on July 2, 2006. In her spare time, Pam enjoys spending time with her daughter-in-law April and her granddaughter Jessica (AKA "Kazoo"). Pam and Fred's non-human animal members include Moli (a golden retriever), Kringle (an African Gray), and Bundy and Nubs (cockatiels).
Donna- Receptionist
Donna joined the practice in April 2008 as a receptionist. She has two sons, Billy and Brandon and a house full of four-legged kids, including her most recent additions, Dallas and Myth. In her spare time, Donna enjoys knitting and spending time with her friends.
Emily- Receptionist
Emily is the newest member of the AMC family. Her four-legged family consists of two cats, Melvin and Rufus; one hamster named Pricilla; a Dachshund named Trogdor and a Chihuahua named Fudo. She has four years of veterinary experience, including two years in California. When she is not working, Emily enjoys reading, playing with her many pets, getting tattooed and dancing.
Mary- Veterinary Assistant
Mary considers herself an "antique" of the practice, having been here for 19 years and having worked with the clinic's previous owners. She has two daughters, Randi and Erin. Her 4-legged family members include a dog (Rustler), three horses (Booger, Doc, and Derby), and 3 cats (Paws, Tigger, and CK). Outside of AMC, Mary is a full time sports official and assigner for volleyball and slow-pitch softball, and also enjoys trail-riding and singing in her church choir.
Judy- Licensed Veterinary Technician
Judy has been a tech with AMC for 4 years. Her interests in veterinary medicine include surgery and exotics species. Her three Dalmatians (including a very cute puppy named Spirit!) keep her busy, and all three paticipate in obedience and performance events. She also enjoys golf and sewing.
Kristi- Veterinary Assistant
A member of the AMC team for almost four years, Kristi has particular interests in parasitology and radiology. She and her husband Matt have 4 cats, a pit bull (Max), and a German Shepherd (Charlie). Outside of work, Kristi enjoys home renovation, hiking, photography, and gardening.
Stacy- Veterinary Assistant
Stacy joined the AMC family two years ago. She is interested in all aspects of veterinary medicine, and is in the process of attaining certification as a veterinary technician. Outside of work, Stacy enjoys camping, hiking, sports, and spending time with her niece. She has a 6-year old Bulldog named Abby.
Karen- Veterinary Assistant
Karen joined AMC in January 2008. Her specific veterinary interests include dentistry and reproduction of quality animals. Karen shares her home with a giant schanuzer named Grace, a Bouvier des Flandres (Stoney), and Zoya, a black Russian terrier. Her hobbies outside of work include reading (especially anything about dogs!), gardening, and home repair of her "Green Acres" house.
Ashley- Veterinary Assistant
Ashley started at AMC in the summer of 2009. She is currently attending Brown-Mackie College and is enrolled in their vet tech program. She currently shares her life with her boyfriend, Justin, her Greyhound Nicho, two cats, Link and Sebring and many aquarium fish. In her spare time, Ashley likes to read, shop and spend time with her family.
Madison- Kennel Assistant
Madison has been with AMC for approximately one year. Her long term goal is to become a veterinarian. Outside of work, she attends Ballard High School where she is in the choir and is starting a club to volunteer at nursing homes. She loves tennis and reading and shares her life with her Mom and Dad and three sisters. Her dog, Jack, a Labrador Retriever, is "the love of her life."
